البيانات التي نعالجها

عند اللعب كضيف، ينشئ Firebase معرّفًا للحساب دون الحاجة إلى بريدك. عند التسجيل، نعالج معرّف الحساب واسم العرض والبريد الذي تقدمه أو يشاركه مزوّد تسجيل الدخول. يعالج Firebase بيانات تسجيل الدخول؛ لا نعرض كلمة مرورك للاعبين. نعالج أيضًا الغرف والمشاركين والضغطات وتوقيتها والنتائج وإحصائيات اللعب والمحتوى الذي تضيفه، مثل الأسئلة والتعليقات والتقييمات والبلاغات.

الباقات والمشتريات

تعالج Apple دفع مشتريات التطبيق. نتحقق من سجل العملية الموقّع، بما فيه معرّف العملية والمنتج وتاريخ الشراء وحالة الاسترداد، ونربطه بمعرّف خاص لحسابك لتفعيل الباقة واستعادتها. لا نستلم رقم بطاقتك من Apple. الباقات المعروضة لمدة 72 ساعة أو 30 يومًا لا تتجدد تلقائيًا. تستخدم الباقة على الأجهزة والموقع بتسجيل الدخول إلى حساب زر نفسه. عند الشراء من الموقع، تعالج بوابة فكة وشركاء الدفع عملية الدفع. نشارك اسمك وبريدك ومعرّف حسابك والباقة والمبلغ ومرجع الطلب لتجهيز الدفع والتحقق منه، ونحفظ سجل الطلب وحالته. لا نطلب إدخال بيانات البطاقة في تطبيق زر؛ تُدخلها في صفحة مزوّد الدفع.

استخدام البيانات ومشاركتها

نستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول وتشغيل الغرف ومزامنة اللعب والتحقق من الباقات والدعم وحماية الخدمة وتحسينها. يظهر اسمك ونتائجك وضغطاتك للمشاركين في الغرفة. يظهر المحتوى الذي تنشره للعامة، مثل بنك أسئلة عام أو تعليق، لزوّار الموقع. تستخدم الخدمة Google Firebase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات، وخادم زر للتحقق من الدفع وإدارة الحسابات، وApple للشراء وتسجيل الدخول عند اختيارك لهما. قد تعالج هذه الجهات بيانات تقنية، مثل عنوان الاتصال وسجلات الخدمة، لتشغيل خدماتها. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع إعلاني. يستخدم الموقع Bugsnag لتشخيص الأخطاء وقياس الأداء، وقد تتضمن تقاريره معرّف الحساب وبيانات الاتصال والاسم والبريد ومعلومات المتصفح والخطأ. هذه الخدمة غير مدمجة في تطبيق iOS.

الحفظ وحذف الحساب

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والمحتوى والباقات على الخادم لتعمل عبر أجهزتك. يمكنك بدء حذف حسابك من صفحة الإحصائيات، ثم إدارة الحساب، ثم حذف الحساب. نطلب تأكيد هويتك قبل قبول الطلب. يتولى الخادم حذف الحساب وبياناته وغرفه وبنوك الأسئلة التي يملكها وتعليقاته وتقييماته، وإلغاء ربط تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple عند استخدامه. تفقد الوصول إلى الباقات المرتبطة بالحساب؛ حذف الحساب لا ينشئ استردادًا تلقائيًا. قد تبقى سجلات تشغيل أو نسخ احتياطية لدى مزودي الخدمة وفق مدد احتفاظهم، وقد تحتفظ Apple بسجلات مشترياتك لديها. قد تبقى سجلات الدفع والفواتير لدى بوابة الدفع ومزوّدي المعالجة لأغراض المحاسبة وتسوية المدفوعات ومنع الاحتيال والمتطلبات النظامية. نحتفظ بعلامة حذف محدودة مرتبطة بمعرّف الحساب لمنع بيانات الدخول القديمة من إعادة إنشاء بياناته بعد الحذف.

خياراتك والتواصل

يمكنك اللعب كضيف، واختيار الاسم الذي يظهر في الغرف، أو استخدام خيار إخفاء البريد في تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple. لا تضف معلومات حساسة إلى اسمك أو محتواك العام. للاستفسار عن بياناتك أو طلب المساعدة في الوصول إليها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، تواصل مع دعم زر عبر البريد أدناه. إذا تغيرت طريقة معالجة البيانات، نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها.

Privacy at Zrrr

This page explains how the Zrrr app and zrrr.fun use data to provide multiplayer games, accounts and passes. This version requires an internet connection.

Data we process

Guest play creates a Firebase account identifier without requiring an email address. When you register, we process your account identifier, display name and the email you provide or your sign-in provider shares. Firebase handles sign-in credentials; your password is not shown to players. We also process rooms, participants, buzz events and timing, scores, game statistics, and content you add, including questions, comments, ratings and reports.

Passes and purchases

Apple handles payment for in-app purchases. We verify the signed transaction record, including the transaction and product identifiers, purchase date and refund status, and associate it with a dedicated account identifier to activate and restore your pass. We do not receive your card number from Apple. The 72-hour and 30-day passes do not renew automatically. Sign in to the same Zrrr account to access a pass on your devices and the website. For website purchases, Fakah and its payment partners process payment. We share your name, email, account identifier, plan, amount and order reference to prepare and verify payment, and retain the order record and status. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page, not in the Zrrr app.

Use and sharing

We use data for sign-in, multiplayer synchronization, pass verification, support, service protection and improvement. Room participants can see your display name, scores and buzz events. Public content, such as a published question bank or comment, is visible to website visitors. We use Google Firebase for authentication and the database, and the Zrrr server for payment verification and account management, and Apple for purchases and optional sign-in. These providers may process technical data such as connection addresses and service logs to operate their services. The app contains no advertising or advertising trackers. The website uses Bugsnag for error and performance diagnostics. Reports may include an account identifier, connection data, name, email, browser information and error details. This service is not integrated into the iOS app.

Storage and account deletion

Account data, content and passes are stored on the server for access across devices. To request deletion, open Statistics, then Manage account, then Delete account. You must verify your identity before the request is accepted. The server deletes the account and its data, hosted rooms, owned question banks, comments and ratings, and revokes Sign in with Apple access when applicable. You lose access to passes linked to the account; deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Service logs or backups may remain with providers under their retention policies, and Apple may retain its own purchase records. Payment and invoice records may remain with the payment gateway and processors for accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal requirements. We retain a minimal deletion marker associated with the account identifier to prevent old sign-in credentials from recreating its data after deletion.

Your choices and support

You can play as a guest, choose your room display name, or use Hide My Email when signing in with Apple. Avoid including sensitive information in your name or public content.
